Story

The story of Finity Flight II sets you as a pilot in the not-too-far future. You have at your disposal advanced weapons and vehicles, but so does your enemy.

Republic of Armorique

After several years of discord in Europe, the Republic of Amorique, originating from western Europe, has emerged as a dominant figure among the new states.

You serve as a fighter pilot in the technologically-advanced Republic of Amorique Navy. Your aircraft, the HF-12A Falcon is the standard multi-purpose fighter of the R.A.N., a best-of-breed with its high maneuverability and advanced fusion weapons.

Grekovian Pact

The Pact, as it is also known, is the recent conglomeration of many of the independent states around the border of Europe and Asia. The necessity of this union was caused by the encroachment of many larger states on the Pact’s collective territory.

The Pact’s level of technology is dwarfed by other major powers in the area. Their main fighters, such as the Ui-403 Cotton Mouth heavy fighter and D-12e Lockeye drone, are made with considerably older technology than their counterparts from other nations.

Despite the technological gap, Grekovian fighters are not to be taken lightly. For example, the Grekovian Cotton Mouth vastly out-powers the Armorique Falcon in extended combat scenarios. Falcon pilots are required to use the Falcon’s superior weaponry and agility to put engaged Cotton Mouths in disadvantageous positions.

Finity Flight II is provided under the terms of the GNU Public License, also known as the GPL. I am lazy as hell, so I didn’t include the terms like I am supposed to, but basically it means you can do whatever the hell you with it want. :)
